How To Claim

Follow the steps below to redeem your offer.* Common problems are covered on the Frequently Asked Questions page. Claims must be submitted on or before the promotion close date of May 24, 2020. If you have a question not covered here, email PacificConsumer@nortonlifelock.com for help.

1. Check your subscription status

Please ensure you have installed and activated your Norton Mobile Security or Norton 360 Premium Attach Offer 5 Devices (1 year or 2 year) subscription. This is completed from www.norton.com/setup

Note: Activating your product will not automatically register your claim for this offer, you must submit a claim for this offer by following these steps.

2. Find your current licence key

The licence key can be found in your:

Visit https://manage.norton.com and sign in to your account

3. Click the “Claim Now” button

Enter your product key, and all information as requested. Please ensure all information is entered correctly as any incorrect entries cannot be reversed.


  1. Enter your 25 digit product key (5 digits per field, no dashes, no spaces)
  2. Click NEXT


  1. Enter your first name and surname.
  2. Enter your email address carefully. Your bonus JB HiFi eGift card will be issued immediately to the email address provided. Replacement eGift cards cannot be issued if they are sent to the incorrect email address.

Please Note: Only when you click the SUBMIT button will your claim be registered. You will get a confirmation screen and email with your claim confirmation number. If you don’t get either confirmation screen or email, see How do I know my claim has been received? for next steps.
