There are many unofficial support providers pretending to be part of NortonLifeLock. They may look legitimate but are a scam, and charge fees for product support. The below are the only authorised NortonLifeLock support channels, and are always free of charge.

Redemption Support

If you:

  • Have a question about how to use the NortonLifeLock Online Redemption Centre that is not covered in Frequently Asked Questions, OR
  • Have a query about the status of your claim, OR
  • Need to have your licence key checked, OR
  • Need to update any of the contact details you entered for your claim before we process your payment

You can contact the NortonLifeLock Promotions Help Desk by sending an email to: PacificConsumer@nortonlifelock.com.

Emails will be answered within two business days (NSW time).

When contacting the Help Desk please provide the following reference information:

  • your product key
  • your claim confirmation number (if known)
