How To Claim

Follow the steps below to redeem your offer.* Common problems are covered on the Frequently Asked Questions page. Claims must be submitted within one month after Norton product activation. If you have a question not covered here, email PacificConsumer@gendigital.com for help.

1. To make an online claim

You must first have installed and activated your Norton subscription and have your 12-digit serial number and proof of purchase ready.

Note: Activating your product will not automatically register your claim for this offer, you must submit a claim for this offer by following these steps.

2. Find your current serial number

  • Once you have completed your product installation and activation step, you can locate the product serial number on your Norton account dashboard.
  • Your serial number can also be found from within your Norton desktop or mobile dashboard.

Norton account - Desktop

  • Launch your Norton product on desktop
  • In the bottom left corner, click on profile icon
  • The subscription detail window will open
  • Capture the 12-digit serial number

Norton account - Mobile

  • Login to your Norton 360 Mobile app
  • Click on “Account” and then go to the “About” section
  • Capture the 12-digit serial number

3. Enter your serial number, and all information as requested.

Please ensure all information is entered correctly as any incorrect claims cannot be reversed.


  1. Enter your 12-digit serial number (no dashes, no spaces).
  2. Ensure your country of residence is correct.
  3. Click NEXT.


  1. Enter your first name, last name & email.
  2. Enter your email address carefully as you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your claim submission. After your claim has been validated, you will receive your Equifax Credit Protect promo code by email within 8 weeks.

Please Note: Only when you click the SUBMIT button will your claim be registered. You will get a confirmation screen and email with your claim confirmation number. If you don’t get either confirmation screen or email, see How do I know my claim has been received? for next steps.
