The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:

reject any claim submitted using fraudulent or incomplete information including but not

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute
a waiver of those rights.
Offer
The Bonus JB Hifi $40 eGift Card offer (“the Offer”) is valid for 30 days after the activation
of a 60-day Norton 360 Standard trial subscription that has been acquired from a JB Hifi retail
store in conjunction with a hardware purchase between December 1, 2021 and June 30, 2024
inclusive. Online claims will be accepted until 11:59pm AEST on June 30, 2024. All claims will
be reviewed and validated by JB Hifi for legitimacy at their own discretion and only hardware
device purchases in store that received a JB HiFi Instant Deals Offer Docket may be eligible to
claim this offer.
The Offer is not valid with any full retail subscriptions, Not For Resale, academic or upgrade
purchases, site licences, attached product versions pre-installed on a new PC or laptop,
purchases made from the Norton estore, purchases made from online affiliates, or any Norton
trial products. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless specified.
NortonLifeLock’s standard 60-day money-back guarantee does not apply to Norton products included
in this Offer.
Limit of one $40 JB Hifi eGift Card per valid, activated 60-day Norton 360 Standard trial
subscription, up to a maximum of one (1) claim per person.
Claimants must retain their original receipt containing their promotion code and their 60-day
subscription offer in conjunction with hardware purchase for all claims. Failure to produce the
proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter,
result in invalidation of all of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to an Offer.
To claim the Offer, claimants must first install and activate their 60-day Norton 360 Standard
trial subscription with NortonLifeLock after 6:30am AEST on December 1, 2021 and before 11:59pm
AEST June 30, 2024. Within 30 days of activating their retail subscription, the claimant must
then visit the https://www.norton.com/anz/jb-gift site and
follow the instructions to enter a claim via the NortonLifeLock Online Redemption Centre.
The Offer can only be delivered as an eGift Card to the email address provided by the Claimant
during the claim process. Each successful claimant will receive two $20 electronic gift card
links via email. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the email address is provided by
Claimant in error or is incomplete, NortonLifeLock will not be able to replace, reverse or
retransfer the eGift Card to the Claimant.
Lost, stolen or expired eGift Cards cannot be replaced.
Multiple claims cannot be made for a single, valid, activated subscription.
The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable.
eGift Card value will be in the currency of the country of purchase (i.e. Australian Dollars for
a purchase in Australia).
Claimants will be notified by email if the Promoter requires additional information or
supporting documentation to validate their claim. If claimants are unable to provide supporting
evidence to substantiate their claim, NortonLifeLock reserves the right to reject it without
further investigation.
General
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and
is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any
other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is
prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
All claims remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects claimants’ personal
information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the
claimant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in this promotion, unless
otherwise advised by the claimant, claimant consents to their information being entered into a
database and used by NortonLifeLock for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes and
will be stored at the office of NortonLifeLock in accordance with NortonLifeLock’s Privacy

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a)
to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or
modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
(Cth.), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer
protection laws in Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot
by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes
all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including
loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out
of the Offer.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of

following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any
