How To Claim

Follow the steps below to redeem your appropriate rebate.* Common problems are covered on the Frequently Asked Questions page. Claims must be submitted on or before the promotion close date of February 18, 2024 . If you have a question not covered here, email PacificConsumer@gendigital.com for help.

1. Check your subscription status

Make sure you have installed and activated the eligible Norton product on at least one device by registering the 25-digit product key. The products eligible for this offer are:

The $20 cashback offer is only valid for the following eligible products:

  • Norton 360 Premium 3 Devices (1 or 2 years)
  • Norton 360 Deluxe 3 Devices (1 year)
  • Norton 360 for Gamers 1 Device (1 year)
  • Norton Mobile Security 3 Devices (1 year) purchased from New Zealand retail stores only.

The $30 cashback offer is only valid for the following eligible products:

  • Norton 360 Premium 5 Devices (1 or 2 years)
  • Norton 360 Premium 10 Devices (1 year)
  • Norton 360 Deluxe 5 Devices (1 year)
  • Norton 360 for Gamers 3 Devices (1 year)

The $40 cashback offer and Bonus Equifax Credit Protect offer (Australia only) are only valid for the following eligible products:

  • Norton 360 Platinum 5 Devices (1, 2 or 3 years)
  • Norton 360 Platinum 10 Devices (1 or 3 years)
  • Norton Identity Advisor (1, 2 or 3 years)
  • Norton Identity Advisor Plus (1 year)

The eligible products must be purchased from participating ANZ retail stores between November 13, 2023 and February 18, 2024 inclusive. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other rebate or bonus offer(s). For the avoidance of doubt, the offer is not valid for Not For Resale, academic or upgrade purchases, site licenses, purchases online and referral trial subscription from the Norton Store.

Note: Activating your product will not automatically register your claim for this offer, you must submit a claim for this offer by following these steps.

2. Find your current product key

Your product key can be found on the lower panel of the product packaging, or can be found on the receipt of your purchase.

Step 1 Visit www.manage.norton.com and sign into your account.

Step 2 Select ‘View Devices’ from the 'Device Security' option.

 

Step 3 Select the device.

Step 4 You will now see the device detail, days remaining and the product key.

3. Click the “Claim Now” button


  1. Enter the promotion code cashback1123
  2. Select your country of residence from the drop-down
  3. Click NEXT


  1. Enter your 25-digit product key (5 digits per box, no dashes or spaces)
  2. Click NEXT (The system will then check your product key is for an eligible Norton product activated between the promotion dates.) See “Tips on entering your product key” on our FAQ page for detailed instructions.
  3. Select your Norton offer. You will receive your cashback by EFT direct deposit to your nominated bank account.
  4. Click NEXT
  5. Complete the requested details for your claim
  6. Click SUBMIT

Please Note: Only when you click the SUBMIT button will your claim be registered. You will get a confirmation screen and email with your claim confirmation number. Once your valid claim has been successfully received you can expect your cashback within 6-10 weeks.
