Participation

  1. Information on how to claim the Offer and details of the Offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Offer is open to Australia residents only. Employees of NortonLifeLock and their immediate families, resellers of NortonLifeLock products including retailer staff, agencies or anyone connected with the administration of the promotion are not eligible.
  3. The Promotor reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
    1. to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity and place of residence)
    2. disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the process.
    3. reject any claim found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
    4. reject any claim submitted using fraudulent or incomplete information including but not limited to: false or incomplete names and disposable email addresses.

    Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Offer

  1. The Bonus $20 Officeworks eGiftcard offer (“the Offer”) is valid for 30 days after the activation of a Norton Small Business Premium 10 Devices trial subscription offer between October 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 inclusive. Online claims will be accepted until 11:59pm AUST on March 31, 2025.
  2. The Offer is not valid with any other retail subscriptions, Not For Resale, academic or upgrade purchases, site licences, attached product versions pre-installed on a new PC or laptop, or purchases made from online affiliates. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless specified.
  3. NortonLifeLock’s standard 60-day money-back guarantee does not apply to Norton products included in this Offer.
  4. Limit of one $20 Officeworks eGiftcard per valid, activated Norton Small Business Premium 10 Devices trial subscription, up to a maximum of one (1) claim per person.
  5. To claim the Offer, claimants must first install and activate their Norton Small Business Premium 10 Devices trial subscription with NortonLifeLock after 6:30am AEST on October 1, 2024 and before 11:59pm AEST March 31, 2025. Within 30 days of activating their trial subscription, the claimant must then visit the www.norton.com/au/owgift site and follow the instructions to enter a claim via the NortonLifeLock Online Redemption Centre.
  6. The Offer is only claimable via online redemption to NortonLifeLock via the www.norton.com/au/owgift website
  7. The Offer can only be delivered as an electronic voucher to the email address provided by the Claimant during the claim process. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the email address is provided by Claimant in error or is incomplete, NortonLifeLock will not be able to replace, reverse or retransfer the electronic voucher to the Claimant.
  8. Lost, stolen or expired electronic voucher cannot be replaced.
  9. Multiple claims cannot be made for a single, valid, activated subscription.
  10. The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable.
  11. Claimants will be notified by email if the Promoter requires additional information or supporting documentation to validate their claim. If claimants are unable to provide supporting evidence to substantiate their claim, NortonLifeLock reserves the right to reject it without further investigation.

General

  1. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
  2. All claims remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, claimant consents to their information being entered into a database and used by NortonLifeLock for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes and will be stored at the office of NortonLifeLock in accordance with NortonLifeLock’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on NortonLifeLock’s public website: https://www.nortonlifelock.com/privacy.
  3. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth.), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer.
  5. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) the Offer.
