Make sure you have downloaded and installed and activated the eligible Norton product subscription on at least one device by registering entering the 25-digit product key during the setup process, between 17 August 2023 and 07 September 2023 inclusive.
Eligible Subscriptions and their corresponding Cashback:
The eligible subscriptions must be purchased on uk.Norton.com between 17 August 2023 and 07 September 2023 inclusive. The promotion is only valid for the first-time purchase of an eligible subscription. It is not valid with Free Trial, Not-for-Resale, academic or upgrade purchases, purchases from a third party (e.g. from a retail store), or OEM versions pre-installed on a newly purchased PC or laptop. The promotion is not valid with any other rebate or bonus offer(s).
Note: Downloading and installing your eligible subscription will not automatically register your claim for this offer. You must then also submit a claim for this promotion on this online portal by following these steps.
Your product key can be found on your order confirmation email in the details of your order.
Step 1 Visit www.my.norton.com and sign into your account.
Step 2 Select ‘Manage My Subscriptions’ tab from the profile icon
Step 3 Under the eligible subscription’s name, you will see the product key.
Please Note: Only when you click the SUBMIT button will your claim be registered. You will get a confirmation screen and email with your claim confirmation number. Once your valid claim has been successfully received you can expect your cashback within 4-6 weeks.
