The Offer is open to Australian residents only. Employees of NortonLifeLock and their immediate families, resellers of NortonLifeLock products including retailer staff, agencies or anyone connected with the administration of the promotion are not eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity and place of residence)
disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the process.
reject any claim found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
reject any claim submitted using fraudulent or incomplete information including but not limited to: false or incomplete names and disposable email addresses.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Offer
The Bonus Equifax ‘Credit Protect’ (12-month) Subscription offer (“the Offer”) is valid up until March 29, 2025 for new activations of Norton Identity Advisor Plus, Norton 360 Premium or Norton 360 Advanced. All claims will be reviewed and validated by Norton for legitimacy at their own discretion.
The Offer is not valid with any Norton subscription that is not mentioned in clause 4, Not For Resale, academic or upgrade purchases, retail partner purchases, and attached product versions pre-installed on a new desktop computer or laptop. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless specified.
NortonLifeLock’s standard 60-day money-back guarantee does not apply to this Offer.
Limit of one Equifax ‘Credit Protect’ (12-month) promo code per valid, activated Norton Identity Advisor Plus, Norton 360 Premium or Norton 360 Advanced subscription, up to a maximum of one (1) claim per person.
Claimants must retain their original receipt containing Norton product purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to an Offer.
To claim the Offer, claimants must first install and activate their Norton Identity Advisor Plus, Norton 360 Premium or Norton 360 Advanced subscription with NortonLifeLock. By March 29, 2025, the claimant must then visit the https://au.norton.com/creditprotect site and follow the instructions to enter a claim via the NortonLifeLock Online Redemption Centre.
Once claimant receives their Equifax Credit Protect promo code via the email address supplied during the claim process, the claimant must activate their Equifax Credit Protect promo code by March 29, 2025 or forfeit the usage of the promo code.
The Offer can only be delivered as a unique promo code to the email address provided by the Claimant during the claim process. Each successful claimant will receive one Equifax ‘Credit Protect’ (12-month) subscription code via email. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the email address is provided by Claimant in error or is incomplete, NortonLifeLock will not be able to replace, reverse or retransfer the unique promo code to the Claimant.
Lost, stolen or expired Equifax 'Credit Protect' (12-month) promo codes cannot be replaced or reissued.
Multiple claims cannot be made for a single, valid, activated subscription.
The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable.
Promo Code value will be in the currency of the country of purchase (i.e.Australian Dollars for a purchase in Australia).
Claimants will be notified by email if the Promoter requires additional information or supporting documentation to validate their claim. If claimants are unable to provide supporting evidence to substantiate their claim, NortonLifeLock reserves the right to reject it without further investigation.
Claiming and usage of Equifax ‘Credit Protect’ falls under Equifax’s usage and guidelines and NortonLifeLock holds no liability to Equifax or the claimant should incomplete and/or inaccurate information be given.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
All claims remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, claimant consents to their information being entered into a database and used by NortonLifeLock for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes and will be stored at the office of NortonLifeLock in accordance with NortonLifeLock’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on NortonLifeLock’s public website: https://www.nortonlifelock.com/privacy.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
