If you have purchased a NortonLifeLock subscription from a registered Norton reseller between 01 January 2021 – 31 December 2022 inclusive, you are eligible to redeem a bonus 60 days to EXTEND your new subscription. Your purchase must match the record of your registered Norton reseller for this offer to be redeemed.

Your Norton product will contain a unique 25 digit product key which can be either located inside your packaging, or if you have installed your product it can be found by logging in to your Norton Account.

Visit https://manage.norton.com and sign in to your account

This is required to enable the 60 day bonus extension to be added to your subscription. The offer is only available when your purchase matches the record of the reseller that you purchased from.

You can register your product key without installing and activating the product, please note however that we will be unable to apply the 60 day subscription extension until the product is installed and activated.

When the online claim process is finished, you will see a confirmation screen with your claim receipt number and details as entered. Please note down this receipt number as a reference if you have any queries about your participation in this promotion. You should also receive an email with the same information.

If you did not get the confirmation screen, you may not have clicked the final SUBMIT button and we may not have captured your claim. To check, try going through the process again. If the system accepts your product key again, the original claim was not registered. Please resubmit.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may be because your email address was entered incorrectly. Please email us at extend.program@nortonlifelock.com with your claim number as a reference, to advise the correct email address and request your confirmation number.

Please email any updates that need to be made to your claim to extend.program@nortonlifelock.com quoting your claim receipt number.

Approximately eight weeks following your claim submission online, as long as your product has been installed and activated, your Norton account will be updated with the 60 day subscription extension.

Please ensure your product has been installed and activated. The 8 weeks can only be counted from the time this has occurred and your key has been registered for the 60 day extension.

If your purchase is from a Norton registered reseller, they will appear in the drop-down list to select as part of the online redemption process. If they don’t appear in the list, the reseller is not participating in the NortonLifeLock EXTEND Program and unfortunately your product subscription is not eligible for the extension.
