As a valued reseller, you have the opportunity to increase your return on each sale of participating Norton products and at the same time provide your customers with 60 days of additional protection at no extra cost. You can either register the product keys of the participating products you have sold on behalf of your customers, or once you have completed the reseller registration process, you can request that your customers register their keys themselves. The benefits received under the program are the same, regardless of who registers the product keys.

Your Norton product will contain a unique 25 digit product key which can be either located inside your packaging, or if you have installed your product it can be found by logging in to your Norton Account.

Visit https://manage.norton.com and sign in to your account

Upon registration, we require you to provide some trading information. Once submitted, it will take up to 48 hours for a Norton representative to review your registration. Following your registration approval, you will be required to review and accept the NortonLifeLock EXTEND Program terms and conditions and your registration will then be complete.

We require the sale of your product keys to be registered so that we can track the renewal activity of these specific products sold. We also require the information so that we can accurately link customers who have purchased from you and approve their request to claim the bonus 60 day subscription.

After you have completed the reseller registration process, either you OR your customer can register the Norton product keys sold to enable both yourself and your customer to receive the relevant benefits of the program.

Ask your customer to review the FAQ and Terms and Conditions available on the customer portal at https://www.norton.com/anz/extendrewards and if they still have a redemption or submission question, they can email extend.program@nortonlifelock.com for support. Please note it may take up to 3 business days (AEST) to receive a response.

Once you complete the first step of the registration process, your application will be reviewed by a Norton representative. When your initial registration has been approved, you will be sent an email requesting that you complete the process by logging back into the portal. This is where you will be provided with the program terms and conditions, which will need to be accepted prior to the registration process being completed.
