In your new Norton product packaging there is a section with a QR Code – your new Norton product key will be above/below that QR Code. Make sure you download, install and activate the participating product by registering the key to your Norton account before trying to claim this offer.

EITHER open your Norton product and click on the Manage icon OR go to https://manage.norton.com and sign in
Just purchased new Norton from Norton online store
Look for the Norton Store - Order Confirmation email from Symantec Corporation in your inbox. Your new Product Key will be in the 3rd line of the Product Description section of the receipt table in that email. Make sure you download, install and activate the participating product by registering the key to your Norton account before trying to claim this offer.
Tips on entering your product key
The system is very sensitive and your key can be returned as invalid if you type one digit incorrectly.
You must enter all 25 digits
Make sure you enter each digit exactly as you see it – UPPER CASE letters, and numbers
Only enter 5 digits per box; do not enter any spaces or dashes
Ask a friend or relative to read the key aloud as you type it
Do not confuse the numeral six “6” with the letter “G”, or eight “8” with the letter “B”, etc
